So yesterday I went to the Dutch City Lunch again. This time the person holding a speech was the main editor of NRC Media, a producer of a couple of well known Dutch newspapers. The speech itself was a bit too much of a sales pitch, but the questions afterwards made up for it.
There was a fun get together afterwards with a whole bunch of Dutch people, all working/living in London. 2 ladies I bumped in to mentioned that there was a very nice meetup today at Piccadilly. Some get together for entrepreneurs and the likes. So I thought 'why not' and headed there today as well. I was in the neighbourhood for a job interview anyway.
Overthere I had a great time. I met a number of people that could possible be of use to me in the future, and I to some of them in return actually. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And actually during the meeting I also had a phone interview for another job. Busybusybusy.

Good thing is that I secured a short contract for an interim Solutions Architect for a couple of weeks in central London. So I'll start that on Monday. In the meantime... I keep on searching for more!
