Stanziliëri and the author
This website covers the personal life of Steffen M. Boelaars. It contains tirades, musings, desperately deep sighs, colourful flashes, deeply hurt sounds, ecstatic parades of extravagant eccentricity, and all the matter connecting it.
As an international artist of the fabric between IT and humanity, Steffen has moved through the world helping companies bring a human touch to their digital fingerprints. Originally born in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), via the rainy patches of England, the high mountains of Switzerland, the fateful plains of Australia, and excapades in more oriental directions, he has now settled in Wellington, New Zealand.

When I first saw you in the office, I thought to myself |
Through-out the years Steffen encountered many facets of life, some of which quite difficult, others extremely beautiful, sometimes both.
Originally known online as 'Wh|te Russian' from 1998, this first era of his online personality came to an end in the autumn of 2006 when a great personal emotional breakthrough occurred. It was simply while sitting at his desk, staring out the window at the poring rain, while listening to Händel's magnificent Messiah. Nothing special to be seen on the outside, but within it was clear: it was time to move on, and thus Stanziliëri was born.
The biggest inspiration in Steffen's life has always been music. In his beliefs, if anything portrays the voice of God, or whatever you call the higher unimaginable energies shaping this universe, it has to be music. And if anything is a sign to mankind that we're not alone, that we are not the most supreme beings around, it has to be the beauty of nature and the infinite galaxies of the universe which surrounds us.
Steffen would prefer to spend all his days glorifying music, love, and the never ending extent of the natural world and universe. But not everybody in this world agrees when you're just hanging around doing Jack Shit (if you'll excuse my French), so he spends most of his time working very hard, helping others to do the same.
Steffen is very keen on talking to anybody about the deeper and more spiritual subjects of life, and would be very pleased to hear from anyone of you. Leave a comment on one (or more) of his postings if you feel like doing the same. One of his passions in understanding people and how they can love and live a better life in harmony is studying the lessons of Human Design as introduced to this world by Ra Uru Hu, and the further development of this by Richard Rudd into the Gene Keys.
The name Stanziliëri stands for the essence of Steffen and is stereotypical for his greatest struggle in life: To find himself among the glory of the Supreme, longing for the taste of it, but unable to grasp or comprehend any of it. Pleading for its attention. Ever failing, but forever trying. Over and over again. Like lying on your back in the grass of a field between the mountains, so peaceful and quiet, in the middle of a crystal clear night. A billion stars overhead. The longer you look, the more that appear. Trying to grasp them, understand them, fit it all in your head... but never able to.
Like Mozart's beloved wife, Constanza, and his great admiring competitor, Saliëri. Both trying to grasp the grace hidden in the being of Wolfgang when writing his musical masterpieces. Loving him so much, but never able to understand...
